Who are we looking for?

Our mission is to make guests happy, and, in order to achieve this, it is essential to have motivated employees.
We are looking for room staff, receptionists, maintenance workers, lifeguards, bartenders, night guards and gardeners.

We want young and old on our team, who will be subject to a training and shadowing period specific to each task. However, they should already be able to:
  • face every new challenge with curiosity
  • handle problems in a proactive way
  • work as a team while respecting the rules and their peers
In summary, we seek collaborators who care about the achievement of a single, common goal: to do better and better.

Chef

TASKS:

  • menu creation for breakfast and brunch buffet, based on shared quality standards and flat costs
  • preparation of the dishes and care of their presentation
  • quality control of ingredients and food storage
  • supervision and cleaning of the equipment
  • management of the supplies
  • organization and supervision of the work of the staff in the kitchen

REQUIREMENTS:

  • neat appearance 
  • professionalism and flexibility
  • Sunny personality and suitable to team and guest relations. Resourceful mindset, open to something new every day 
  • Speed of execution and attention to detail
  • Ability to organize work independently
  • Problem-solving aptitude as far as guest experience is concerned
  • Role-specific training
  • At least 2 years' experience in the field

Receptionist

TASKS

  • compiling and organizing customer records through management software
  • selling the services of our residence according to company standards
  • management of basic and advanced accounting
  • preparation of statistical reports, work plans and fiscal documents
  • constant interrelation with other departments in order to ensure guest satisfaction
  • welcoming Guests in compliance with check-in procedures and carrying out check-out procedures, according to company standards
  • listening to and supporting Guests during their stay, according to company standards

REQUIREMENTS
  • flexibility and neat appearance
  • ability to relate to guests in line with company standards
  • aptitude for teamwork and problem solving
  • ability to perform duties with constant orientation to the Guest's needs
  • ability to organize work independently
  • excellent communication skills
  • good knowledge of Excel 
  • good knowledge of the local area
  • Knowledge of at least one foreign language and a positive, calm and courteous attitude, in order to ensure peaceful teamwork and easier achievement of Guest satisfaction, are desirable skills.

Barman

TASKS

  • taking and preparing orders
  • counter and table service
  • managing and cleaning tables, showcases and equipment
  • maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of the premises
  • handling payments in accordance with internal facility procedures
  • managing supplies
  • constant interrelation with the front desk in order to ensure Guest satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS
  • valid HACCP certification for bartenders
  • flexibility and neat appearance
  • guest relations skills in line with company standards
  • speed of execution and attention to detail
  • aptitude for teamwork and problem solving
  • ability to perform duties with a constant orientation to the needs of the Guest
  • ability to organize work independently
  • knowledge of a foreign language
  • ability to prepare cafes, cocktails and menu items
  • at least 2-year-experience in the field
  • a positive, calm and courteous attitude is an asset in order to ensure peaceful teamwork and easier achievement of Guest satisfaction.

About the contract

Most contracts are seasonal, but prospects for contract raise and extension are dependent on the individual's hourly availability and aptitude.

Full- or part-time contracts are available for each position, depending on the candidate's availability, with pay based on the national collective bargaining agreement for the Tourism and Public Establishment sector and in line with experience and role.

Overtime, 13th month and 14th month are recognized, as per regulations, for each task.

Night guard

TASKS:

  • custodial and surveillance activities of the structures, equipment and facilities on the beach areas of competence during the night hours
  • maintaining the areas under supervision in good condition
  • customer orientation in compliance with company standards
  • preparation of the beach for the arrival of Guests according to procedures
  • application of standard procedures and in case of rain
  • constant interrelation with the reception in order to ensure Guest satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS:
  • neat appearance
  • ability to remain vigilant throughout the night
  • ability to organize work independently while respecting the corporate team
  • ability to relate to Guests politely and within company standards
  • A positive, calm and friendly attitude is a desirable skill, in order to ensure peaceful teamwork and easier achievement of guest satisfaction.

Lifeguard

TASKS

  • welcoming Guests
  • monitoring of the bathers' aquatic activities
  • accident prevention in the water
  • rescue at sea of bathers in distress
  • first aid
  • promoting the observance of regulations and ordinances
  • management and cleaning of the first aid stations and of the rescue locations and equipment, in accordance with legislative requirements
  • constant interrelation with the front desk in order to ensure Guest satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS
  • valid rescue patent
  • flexibility and neat appearance
  • Guest relations skills in line with company standards
  • speed of execution and attention to detail
  • ability to perform tasks with constant orientation to the needs of the Guest
  • ability to organize work independently
  • knowledge of a foreign language

Room service

TASKS

  • cleaning rooms, apartments and bathrooms
  • cleaning common areas
  • enforcement of the residence procedures and quality standards
  • checking the condition of the rooms and reporting any necessary maintenance (routine and extraordinary) to the housekeeping team leader
  • performing the daily, scheduled and extraordinary duties assigned
  • constant interrelation with other departments in order to ensure Guest satisfaction
