Even if we are no longer in a state of emergency, it is good practice to always keep an interpersonal distance so as to protect yourself and the others.
THE IMPORTANCE OF REST
Oliveto a Mare**** is a quiet place...which is why it is so relaxing!
Keeping quiet after lunch (between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.) and at night (11 p.m. to 7 a.m.) is essential to allow adults and children to recover after a long day at the beach!
However, even during the daytime, it is good practice to limit the volume of both your voice and TV and tablets, so as not to disturb those who are reading, working or resting... like the little ones, whose naps are invaluable (especially for mom and dad)!
WASTE SORTING
Below you will find instructions for proper waste separation.
The following instructions must be diligently observed, as staff will not be able to pick up waste that has not been separated correctly or collected in different bags from those provided.
HOW AND WHAT TO SEPARATE::
- ORGANIC 🥜🍌 in a compostable Mater-b bag in the brown waste bin (food waste, greasy napkins, compostable dishes)
- DIAPERS 🚺🚼 in a clear bag in the white bin (diapers, sanitary napkins and disposable mattress covers)
- PLASTICS and METALS 🥫🥤 in a transparent bag (plastic plates and glasses, PET PVC PE PP PS containers, fruit and vegetable nets, aluminum, caps, tin cans)
- PAPER and CARDBOARD 🗞📦 in a transparent bag (newspapers, tetrapacks, cardboard packages)
- GLASS 🍾🥃 in a transparent bag (cans and bottles without cap)
- RESIDUAL DRY WASTE 🧽 (disposable cutlery, razor blades, broken crocks, dirty rags) - transparent bag
PICK-UP HOURS AND DAYS:
ORGANIC and DIAPERS are picked up door-to-door by our staff every afternoon from 4 to 5 pm.
All other types of waste are picked up at midweek changeover and at departure.
Please put out of your door only closed bags inside the provided containers and do not leave the waste bins outside any longer than necessary, both for reasons of decorum and to avoid unwanted visits from any animals.
GUESTS IN APARTMENTS
If the number of people (understood as the ratio of adults to children) does not equal the maximum capacity of the apartment, it is possible to accommodate friends. In order to do this, guests must have prior permission. An extra fee, which varies depending on the period and age, will be charged.
The surcharge is automatically applied to the apartment and is due even if guests use beds which are present in the apartment already.

BEACH SERVICE AND GUESTS
Our beach service is to be used exclusively by the Guests of our facility, so as to ensure peace and quiet at the beach as well. The lifeguard will direct you to the location of your beach umbrella, which will be the same for the entire duration of your stay, unless organizational needs arise.
It is possible to leave games and inflatables on the beach, but, in case of strong winds, we recommend taking them away.
Your friends are our friends, and we welcome them with open arms. However, for legal and insurance reasons, it is necessary to register their personal information at the reception before taking a place on the beach. We also require that you reserve another umbrella: fitting you and your friends under the same one would mean invading other people's space and disturbing other Guests.
The extra charge (10 to 20 euros per person per day) is applied automatically on your apartment and is due even in the event that Guests do not use the courtesy umbrella.
SWIMMING POOL AND SOLARIUM
Pool and solarium are open from 8:30 am to 7:30 pm. During this time, swimming is possible.
Oliveto a Mare is the typical destination for many families with small children, who love this place for its tranquility. Precisely for this reason, it is necessary for parents to be careful to their children, in order to avoid running, being loud and diving - forbidden for reasons of disturbance, but above all because it is dangerous.
It is not necessary to wear a cap, but bathing is allowed only after showering, especially for those coming from the sea: creams, sand and salt are bitter enemies of our pools!
Infants must wear specific diapers. If you do not have any with you, you can purchase them at the reception desk
POOL BAR
For a special break, our pool bar awaits you from 7:30 am to 8:30 pm.
You can have breakfast outdoors in the courtyard overlooking the pool. Its tables will also welcome you for a quick brunch and for a cocktail at sunset.
TIDYING UP AND CLEANING
The residence formula includes midweek tidying up every three days or so.
At this time, our housekeepers will take care of cleaning your apartment (with the exception of the kitchen) and changing bath linens; for stays longer than a week, they will also provide weekly bed linen changes.
The staff will take care of this in your absence, generally between 8:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.
If you need extra housekeeping and for extra towels or linens to be changed or need to alter your schedule, do not worry! Contact the front desk to customize the service and for information on any extra charges.
If you have opted for daily housekeeping, the maid service will be daily, bath linens will be changed every other day, and sheets every three days or so.
HOME CATERING
No desire to cook at all?! We'll take care of it!
Our service is available for both lunch and dinner and no minimum order is needed.
You can order by calling the front desk or via WhatsApp at 0974972573. Should you linger at the beach or on an excursion, no worries: Our staff will take care of delivery directly to your apartment.
LUNCH times: order by 11 a.m., delivery at about 12:45-1 p.m;
DINNER times: order by 6 pm, delivery at about 8-8:15 pm.
